富彩軒|外帶年菜、尾牙春酒DM

FUCHAI 富彩軒

Cantonese cuisine, one of 'the Eight Culinary Traditions of Chinese cuisine', is always a popular dining choice for people in Taiwan. From 2017, FUCHAI restaurant in Taichung city has become a hotspot to every Cantonese fine food lovers under the leading of Chef Yeh. He was the chef of SHANGRI-LA Hotels in Hong Kong while it got rated two stars by world-famous Michelin Guide. Even now He works for FUCHIA, To keep the freshness of ingredients is still his priority. A giant fish tank is set in front of the main door, which contains selected seasonal seafoods just like most of seafood restaurant in Hong Kong does.

OCTOSHIP in this case had designed two sets of leaflet for FUCHAI. The first blue one is 'year-end party' edition, it was assigned to a noble, stylish visual to attract more young generation willing to have a try. Another topic for red edition is 'New Year dishes', the graphic style apparently shows the traditional red which is the representative color of Lunar New Year in Taiwan. In both leaflets, we want to arrange different compositions of photo, layouts and colors to separately present its own meanings. Wish everyone has a great holiday during Lunar New Year in advance!

『傾盡一身本領,只為您呈上一道料理』 粵菜,是中國八大菜系之一。 富彩軒在米其林二星名廚葉師傅的帶領之下,儼然成為現在台中老饕必訪的名店之一,更為了富彩軒設計多道私房料理,為保持食材新鮮,更於門口設置香港酒樓專用魚缸,保存嚴選的當季活海鮮,讓人充分了解到富彩軒對於品質上的堅持。

八號飛船提供優質的食品企劃攝影,最能捕捉美食的色香味!另外我們在著手此DM設計時,刻意將外帶年菜與尾牙春酒的風格做區隔,無論是從前期的攝影風格乃至於後續的版面編排,呈現外帶年菜具有傳統喜慶的氛圍,而尾牙春酒則是較年輕高貴的質感,希望以不同風格,為富彩軒鞏固老客戶之餘也能吸引年輕族群一同品嚐粵菜真材實料的好味。
